Food quality varies (nasi lemak draws mild praise), but service collapses under pressure. Staff cluster in the kitchen during opening hours, leaving customers unattended. Orders take 30 minutes, and rejected dishes are still charged. Kitchen staff ignore complaints and show no urgency to fix mistakes.
